Sadly, I got in a car accident on Friday, so my car is out of commission. The damage isn't that bad and no one was hurt; it was just a really bad fender bender.

[UPDATE!] - Upon much consideration I've decided to begin work on a submission for Tokyopop's Rising Stars of Manga Competition! I've learned a lot about the do's and don'ts of amateur comic book production through my first attempt ~Sugar-Cubed and i feel that i'm ready to make the leap! What will my lil story be about? It will be based off of a friend's RPG that he's working on (he'll get credit for that) but the story will be centered around my character 16 yr. old Morgan Alina aka "Ink" ((I've done some prelim sketches of her on here)) who is a fighter pilot in the future. the plot of the mini - story will be how she got her nickname "Ink" and will also hint at a possible romantic relationship! However there are no rules or dates set up for the next competition yet, but hopefully they'll put them up soon so I can get working!

i'll be scanning some stuff in monday to be put on devart! wee!

ahhhh... just 3 more months until graduation! schweet! lately I've been swamped with schoolwork, such as the 26-page paper I wrote on Comic Book Design and with my comic "Sugar Cubed". Speaking of which, check out the cover! The subsequent pages will be submitted shortly - please let me know what you think!

for spring break, I'm going to spend the weekend at the lake, then I'm going to help paint our house! it'll be so fun! i have a feeling more paint will end up on everyone than on the walls!

along with posting some pages of my manga, i have A LOT of other random drawings to post - so look out for me!
